We are excited to share with all of you the big news regarding the transformation of our Yoga Studio! These last few months have been filled with new developments in our continued effort to provide you with as many opportunities as possible to deepen your Yoga practice. In order to do this, after much mindful consideration, we have decided to start our own independent Yoga organization.
Evolation is a whole new enterprise devoted to your Self discovery.
Bikram and Yogananda will always be the primary inspiration on our collective Yoga path. Now that we are on this exciting journey, we'll be able to offer a wider range of classes and programs in order to move into a broader spectrum of Yoga teachings. But for all of you who don't want to miss the classes as you know them, our current schedule will remain the same, with Bikram method classes on the times that you are used to. In addition we will offer guided mediation classes and 60 minute classes with less heat with the focus on the beginning student. In the future we will be adding a more advanced hot flow class and kids classes.
As a student you might have noticed some of the first steps we have been taking towards this transformation. This past summer we trained new teachers who have recently started to teach with Evolation. You also might have heard about the new studio we opened in Orchard Park this past September, already operating under the new name with different class types.
This studio's name has now been legally changed to Evolation. The primary difference with Evolation is, very simply, meditation. We personally have had our own meditation practice for years and believe that meditation is an essential part of the Yoga path. These changes will give all of our students the opportunity to experience the deeper realms of Yoga. Over the next few weeks and months, we will be introducing new class offerings, changing our logo, putting up a new sign, updating our website, announcing several special deals and expanding our class schedule.
We are happy to have our Yoga community members actively involved in this evolution towards Evolation - so feel free to contact us with your feedback, comments, and suggestions! Check out our interim website: www.evolationyoga.com.
